Shipping policy

Chromatique does not ship goods: we coat parts that you bring to us and come back to pick up.

• Drop-off. Parts are dropped off at the shop, 10301 Ray-Lawson Blvd., Suite C, in Anjou, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mark your name and quote number on your parts or their container.
• Pickup. We notify you by email or phone when your parts are ready. Pickup is at the shop, during the same hours, within 15 days of the notice. Storage fees and the rules for unclaimed parts are in our terms of service.
• Packaging. Parts are returned without packaging unless packaging is included in the quote. Bring blankets or your own containers to protect the finish on the way home.
• Carriers. If you have your parts delivered or picked up by a carrier, you arrange and pay for the transport. The parts travel at your risk.
• Delivery. We do not offer a delivery service unless agreed in writing in the quote.
• Online quote. The free quote ordered on the site involves no shipment: you receive your price by email within 24 to 72 hours, on business days.
